First job?
My first job was back when I was about 16, working in a chip shop in Kendal. Nothing glamorous at all, but it paid for a few drinks!
Most treasured possession?
My snowboards. I don’t get to ride them nearly enough, but the sense of freedom when you're carving down a mountain-side is like nothing else.
Favourite record?
Favourite, as in only one?! I could write such a long list here, but I’ll have to say The Dillinger Escape Plan - Miss Machine. It was the record that opened me up musically and stopped me thinking about genres or beats.
Tell us something we don’t know about you.
A band I was in got signed to a record label and I had the pleasure of releasing two albums with them and playing some pretty big shows!
Favourite film?
I can’t just choose one here so I’m going to choose three! Donnie Darko, [rec] and What We Do In The Shadows.
Favourite holiday destination?
Without a doubt, snowboarding in Mayrhofen in Austria was my favourite. It was the first holiday I’d been on for a long time, and it definitely made up for all of the holidays I had missed!
What did you want to be when growing up?
I wanted to be a pilot growing up, but unfortunately, my eyesight wasn’t quite good enough.
Favourite website?
I’m going to say YouTube. No matter what mood you're in, there is always something on YouTube!
Favourite piece of art?
Pretty much anything by H.R.Giger really. His work has been involved in and inspired so many things that I love.
Favourite book?
I have a young son, Theo, so the only books I really get time to read seem to involve dinosaurs, monsters or farm animals!
