The project

AMRC North West was established to help the region’s manufacturing sector embrace advanced technologies—boosting productivity, performance, and quality across the board.

At the heart of this mission is the 5G Factory of the Future (5G-FoF) programme, based at AMRC North West’s state-of-the-art facility in the Samlesbury Enterprise Zone.

Designed as an open-access testbed, 5G-FoF enables manufacturers to explore and adopt cutting-edge 5G technology, helping unlock new capabilities in automation, data, and real-time communication—driving the next era of industrial innovation.

The strategy

We were appointed to bring the 5G Factory of the Future programme to life through a comprehensive creative and communications approach. We began by developing a distinctive brand identity that reflects the programme’s innovative and forward-thinking ethos—designed to work seamlessly across both digital and physical platforms.

We then designed and built an engaging, user-friendly website to showcase the mission, testbed facilities, case studies, and collaboration opportunities. Alongside this, we launched a strategic social media presence to grow awareness and engage stakeholders across industry and academia.

To support ongoing momentum, we continue to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and creative support—ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across every touchpoint.
