A new approach to preventing youth
homelessness in Lancashire
Breathing Space
The Project
Breathing Space Lancashire is dedicated to preventing young people aged 14-25 from becoming homeless. Their team offers essential support to parents and carers, helping them manage family dynamics and improve relationships to prevent crisis situations.
To date, Breathing Space has supported hundreds of young people at risk of homelessness in East Lancashire, making a significant impact on the community.

The Objectives
We were tasked with delivering a comprehensive communications strategy to bring clarity and consistency to this important and sensitive initiative. This included naming, brand identity, website design, marketing materials, and monthly social media campaigns—all designed to raise awareness and engage the local community.
Today, Breathing Space has become the primary way for young people in Lancashire to connect with professionals and access support to prevent homelessness.

Client Feedback
“Working with Hotfoot on our campaign has been a fantastic journey. They branded and named the project, and have built a website that does exactly what we need. They've also helped us with our tone of voice, social media and photography, all of which have been produced to an incredibly high standard.”
