Creation of a new brand for a
leading glamping destination
Castlerigg Hall
The Project
Castlerigg Hall is situated in a uniquely beautiful setting just outside of Keswick and offers exceptional panoramic views of Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite Lake set against a dramatic backdrop of the surrounding fells.
With caravans for hire and areas for touring caravans, motorhomes, camping and camping pods, plus an onsite shop, restaurant and gallery, Castlerigg Hall is the perfect Lake District camping and caravan park.
This growing business required a new brand identity to communicate its unique customer value proposition and help drive new revenue.
The Objective
The original crest had been used as the park logo for three generations of family so it was befitting that we created a modern version of the logo to continue the legacy helping giving the park a prestigious yet relaxed feel.
The use of colours, beautiful typography and integration of patterns from the logo icon into the design helps add style and bring the brand to life and provided consistency through all the brand touch points.
A colour coding system was developed for each of the parks areas which made it easier to develop themed graphics which were clear and engaging.
