Creating a brand and digital
home for NHS staff wellbeing
NHS Health & Wellbeing
The project
Lancashire and South Cumbria Health and Wellbeing is a dedicated NHS team committed to ensuring that staff across the region have access to the right support, services, and resources—whenever they need them.
From coordinating Health and Wellbeing Champions and organising staff benefits to hosting inclusive team events, the team plays a vital role in promoting a positive and supportive working culture.
Their impactful work has been recognised nationally, with the team regularly invited to share their best practices at conferences and events across the UK.
