Our Creative Director and Founder of Hotfoot Design, Charlie Haywood, is running 100 miles in March for his chosen charity, Mind.
Mind believes that no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. The wonderful team behind the charity are there to listen, give support and advice, and fight corners for those struggling with their mental health.
“We’ll push for a better deal and respect for everyone experiencing a mental health problem… We’re here for you. Today. Now. We’re on your doorstep, on the end of a phone or online.” says the charity.
Charlie is making amazing progress against his target, hitting 25 miles in the first 5 days, and is enjoying running for such a brilliant cause.
“Millions of people suffer with mental health issues. I run a fair bit anyway so thought I’d do something worthwhile at the same time. Hopefully my tiny bit for Mind will raise money and more awareness of something that shouldn’t be hidden. Anything donated will make a huge difference to life-changing support and information services,” says Charlie.
