We are looking for a talented digital marketing coordinator with a focus on social media to join our team.
Hotfoot Design is a multi award-winning creative and digital agency based in the beautiful Grade II Listed Storey building in the centre of historic Lancaster (just down from the train station, right next to Lancaster Castle) with lovely views of the city and a café bar on the ground floor.
As an integrated agency, we offer a broad range of related services all under one roof – including brand strategy and design, marketing campaigns, website design and digital marketing.
We work with growing clients in a range of specialist sectors including hospitality and leisure, luxury retail, health and beauty, advanced manufacturing, professional services, technology, the arts, and the charity and public sectors.
Our clients range from iconic brands and large organisations to growing SMEs and start-ups. We work with the NHS, Rolls Royce, DCC Health & Beauty, 5G Factory of the Future, Lake District Estates, Windermere Jetty, Lancaster Brewery, Greystonegill Distillery, and many others.
The Role
Your role will be to help communicate what makes our clients special to their target audiences across a variety of channels, adhering to their brand guidelines and tone of voice – with a particular focus on social media.
You will work closely with our directors and marketing lead, as well as the broader team at Hotfoot Design, and will have direct client contact.
We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and proofreading skills. Experience working within a design, digital and/or marketing agency will be advantageous.
You will be brilliant at adopting the right tone and getting a message across, whether it is a Facebook post, Instagram campaign or TikTok video.
You will be bright, enthusiastic and full of ideas. You will be good at focusing on the task at hand, juggling competing priorities, and producing great quality work.
You will be brilliant at thinking on your feet and getting things done.
